Welcome to Ao Nang

A few new shop units are beeing build in Ao Nang at the corner at the Phra Nang Inn Hotel. The shops are relatively small, only 3 by 6 metres and without water and toilet. The rent for one of this shop units however is giant and meets a new record in Ao Nang: 900,000,- Baht per year or 75,000,- Baht per month for only 18 m³. Who ever want to rent one of this units, must take in consideration, that the season is still only 6 month long, from November till April and within this time you have to make your money or you are lost. At least one shop is beeing taken for a travel office, but others will follow very soon.

Good news in the meantime for all fans of Planet Ao Nang Bar. It had to give space for the new Burger King Restaurant a few weeks ago but will now reopen right next to the new shops mentioned above.
